Wing Conference - Main

in Ardmore, Oklahoma at the Lake Murray Lodge

May  3—5 2019

Soon everyone will be busy with missions, volunteer tasks and planning summer vacations.  With that in mind, please do not forget to set aside some time to attend our 2019 Oklahoma Wing Conference and Awards Banquet.

While the pace of life quickens on the outside for us as volunteers, let us take a moment to slow down, decompress, reflect, rejuvenate and reconnect.

Come join us for a time of fellowship, peace and tranquility surrounded by the beautiful landscape of one of Oklahoma’s lake resorts, Lake Murray Lodge, Ardmore, Oklahoma.

This year’s Conference promises to be relaxing and a great time for you, your family and your fellow volunteers.

Bring the family and walk the trails, enjoy the views from the Gazebo nestled by the lake, or participate in an array of water sports - fishing, boating, water skiing – or horseback riding, golf, or relax by the pool or lake.

Cadets!  We have plenty of activities planned outdoors, so a special uniform has been approved for your outdoor adventures.  We have designed this year’s activities to allow you to strengthen old and build new relationships with your peers from around the state.  We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity and attend all activities. Take a look at the Cadet Conference link below. Be sure to share with your friends.  THIS IS THE CONFERENCE TO GO TO!

Seniors! This year we have a little bit of everything to offer.  We have presentations from Cessna and the FAA FAST Team.  We are offering an all-day AE Workshop and an Intermediate TLC, along with our other required annual courses.  This year’s Conference offers a lit something for everyone.

We hope to see you at the Conference!
