This form is used to request a new Office 365 account in the Oklahoma Wing for CAP members of the Oklahoma Wing. It is not used to request technical support.
- Current CAP member in good standing.
- Member of an active unit in the Wing.
- Have a Duty assignment in e-services.
- An existing non Oklahoma Wing email address (used for validation and password resets). Once a 365 account has been created, your previous email address cannot be used in Office 365 (you can only have one existence of you in Office 365 – you are either a contact or an account, you cannot be both).
The information provided below must match exactly with the information in e-services for the member or the request may be ignored.
Do NOT submit a request more than once for a given member.
